Hemp Hummus Recipe

raw shelled hemp seeds

lemon, parsley, garlic  cold pressed hemp oil


1 15-oz can chickpeas (or any white bean)
Juice from one lemon
½ cup shelled hemp seeds
½ cup pure hempseed oil
4 garlic cloves
½ cup parsley
sea salt to taste

Mix all ingredients, including the liquid from the beans, in blender or food processor until smooth. Serve as an appetizer with raw vegetables, and enjoy!
